Cancellation Policy

Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled. All cancelled orders will be subject to a 8% cancellation fee.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday or on ANY major holiday will be processed the next business day. Most orders are shipped FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service. If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder. Backorders will not be charged until your order is ready to ship - except for orders paid through Payments made through will be charged immediately. Direct Offroad has no control over this.

All Shipping quotes apply to the United States (Lower 48 States) only. For Shipping outside this area please contact us for shipping rates. FREE SHIPPING Parts normally must weigh under 30 pounds to qualify.  FREE SHIPPING applies to the United States (Lower 48 States) only. Shipping charges will apply to all other regions. Items marked with Freight DO NOT qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

Return Policy

All returns must have an RGA # & the original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 5 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 5 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
  • Within 5 calendar days of the delivery date (after 5 days no returns are allowed).
  • Must not be a special order or a custom order.
  • Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 5 days noted in that item's particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 5 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 5 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Shipping costs are non refundable.


Refunds will most likly appear on your credit statement within 1-10 days, depending on your bank's processin practices.

Return How-To:

Request an RGA # by contacting Direct Offroad with your invoice number and reason for return. After you have sent an RGA request a customer service representative will be in contact with you shortly with your RGA #.
